• Bumper Repair

Bumper repairs are completed by certified technicians in typically 3 to 4 hours. This process is almost identical to what would be done in a full body shop however since repairs are done in an open air environment, the difference comes in the chemicals used for fast dry times as well as the HVLP refinishing tools which enable the technician to do a high-quality repair in a fraction of the time.

Different reducers and hardeners are used to adapt to different temperatures and UV lights are used for rapid dry times.

All of our techs have no less then 15 years of experience in this service category ensuring your vehicle is in good hands with a certified professional.

The process in a nutshell goes something like this:

    • Masking • Prepping • Sanding • Repairing • Priming • Sealing • Color Matching • Mixing Base Coat • Clear Coat Application • Wetsanding • Buffing • Polishing.

  • Panel Repair

Metal panel or fender repairs are completed by certified technicians in typically 4-6 hours. This process is also almost identical to what would be done in a full body shop however since repairs are done in an open air environment, different chemicals are used for faster dry times as well as the HVLP refinishing tools which enable the technician to do a high-quality repair.

Metal repairs are more involved then plastic repairs and depending on the type of metal, they may require a variety of specialized products for a high quality repair to be completed.

We specialize in what we refer to as a “non-destructive” repair process which we often use on rare classics, hyper-cars and museum pieces that need to be done as small as possible, minimizing the damage or removal to the original paint on the surface.

Different reducers and hardeners are used to adapt to temperature and UV lights are used for faster dry times.

  • Interior Repair

We specialize in both leather and vinyl repairs as well as restoration. No two interiors wear the exact same way and not every torn or scratched piece is created equal.

We always recommend emailing photos for an estimate just to make sure that you are a good candidate for this type of repair.

That being said we do a variety of repairs on leather or vinyl tears, dried out leather, worn bolsters, scratched dash/body panels, cigarette burns, perforated leather, worn steering wheels, exterior painted trim pieces and a lot more.

Whether you're looking to freshen the interior up so it doesn't look tired or you're looking to get into some serious color work, we use industry standard dyes and sealants to provide long lasting repairs.

  • Brake Calipers

We offer a variety of colors, logos and stencils that can be pre-ordered to match the OEM look of any make or model on any vehicle.

While the best quality caliper refinishing comes from having the calipers removed, we do not offer any mechanical labor so they would have to be removed prior to having them dropped off.

No need to stress though, as we also offer refinishing on the vehicle where only the tires have to be removed to complete this repair.

This is our most common service on calipers and visually the results do not differ.

Prior to making an appointment make sure you specify what type of decals you're looking for so they can be pre-ordered and delivered before your appointment date.

  • Rim Repair

While there are lots of different types of wheel refinishing methods out there, everything boils down to understanding not only the color, but the type of metal, proper masking techniques and how to do multi-textured/colored surfaces properly. Even a proper understanding of the correct masking tape to use can make a world of a difference in the final finish quality.

More often than not you have probably seen wheels that look like they have been painted poorly.

That usually comes from very low quality clear coats or clear coat that has not been sprayed/finished properly.

Either way we have you covered, as we work on wheels of every shape and size. The only service we do not offer is rim straightening. What we do is strictly cosmetic.

We use PPG and BASF clear coats ensuring that your shine lasts and as long as no additional damage occurs, these are covered under a lifetime warranty against fading or peeling as well!

  • Chip Touch Up

Touch up comes in many forms and usually doesn’t look great so specializing in a service like this is something we take pride in.

Many people will opt for touch up even though it's the lowest form of paint repair. What does that mean? Not only is the cost of service usually low but the quality is a fraction of what refinishing can do.

That being said, touch up has a variety of high value uses! Some cars with original paint the owner is trying to preserve, new cars with only small chips or cars that people are trying to clean up for an overall improvement are all perfect for a touch up service.

Colors are mixed up by the factory color code however they are often tinted to compensate for age or fade. Mixed as a single stage with base coat and clear coat then applied with a special applicator as well as filler if needed.

  • Clear Coat Scratch Removal

Sometimes referred to as color sanding or wet sanding, clear coat scratch removal is a process where a fine series of sand papers are used to gradually step sand a scratch that is in the surface layer of the clear coat until it's completely removed.

This process completely eliminate the scratch so that it does not come back again.

There are some techniques which involve color sanding touchup that has cured in the scratch to provide an even more hidden approach to touch up as well.

Depending on the number of scratches around the vehicle, a technician will remove each by wet sanding using 1200 grit – 3000 grit sandpaper after which they will buff and polish until the desired results are achieved.

  • Carbon Fiber Repair

Becoming more and more common as we move forward into the future, many of the new exotic and hypercars available in the market are being produced using large amounts of carbon fiber. Many different kinds of aircraft are being built with it as well because of it's lightweight and sturdy nature.

Over the last few years we have done restoration on not only broken, torn and damaged carbon fiber but also carbon with tinted and colored clear coats.

Being one of the industries premier lightest and strongest materials on the market, preserving their unique finish is at times an art.

While most of these repairs can be done without using any color (other than tinted clear coat), we have even been able to go to the extent of re-creating the squares and different patterns of carbon if the situation calls for it.

Always best to send photos just to be sure your repair can be completed with desirable results!

  • Headlight Repair

Tired of seeing yellow or foggy headlights? Unfortunately living in a sunny area with high ultraviolet radiation, the thin factory coating on most plastic OEM headlights will give out within 3 to 5 years of direct sunlight.

One thing to remember is you want to stay away from just color sanding and polishing headlights.

While the results may look great temporarily, they will turn more yellow and foggier and then you can imagine in just a few months without any type of UV protection added.

The service we provide completely removes as much of the oxidation as possible and when that is complete our technician will apply a high-quality clear coat with heavy UV protection covered under a 5 year warranty against fading or peeling.

This is an inexpensive service so make sure you keep those headlights in good condition because replacing the lenses is much more expensive!

  • Industrial Pieces

Pictured here is a mailbox that one of our clients had imported from England and then custom painted with BASF Glasurit automotive finishes so that it would not fade.

We have done custom parts for movie sets, samples for prototypes, vintage furniture, luxury store fronts, hospital signs, professional cooking equipment and just about anything else you can think of that would have an automotive finish applied to it for a desirable look.

If you have something you're looking into, don't hesitate to send us photos to see if it's something that can be repaired!

  • Carpet Dye

We have been experimenting with different types of dyes over the years.

Usually the best candidates when trying to restore carpets are dying them the same color as the OEM carpet which can really bring life and depth into some old tired looking floors as well as getting rid of any old stains.

Removing the carpet usually makes for the best results however this can be done with the carpets still installed in the vehicle.

It's color changes are desired there are only certain shades that can be attained depending on the base layer.

  • Mirror Refinishing

We do not do replacements however most mirrors can be handled in a similar fashion to bumper or panel repairs done on the vehicle.

Even though they are small parts, usually the majority of the vehicle will have to be masked to prevent overspray.

We have a variety of different masking methods to perform this repair without going inside of the mirrored section which can result in having overspray or bad edges in weird places.

Take a look at our gallery for some examples.

  • Color Matching

Computer color matching, app based mixing tools and even certifications do not guarantee a good color match. At the end of the day, the technician makes the final call.

We use all of the above. What matters most even though our techs have been certified multiple times by BASF is that the technician goes through multiple steps checking the pitch and tone of the colors properly.

This is a category where looking at our gallery and reading reviews definitely makes a difference because when someone is bad at color matching, it usually shows.

Take a look at our reviews and some of our work and let us know what you think!

  • Specialty Aircraft

Most aircraft we repair are usually private jets or helicopters that are either constructed of aluminum or carbon fiber.

Every detailed specification matters when working on these aircraft, especially aluminum because the rules are completely different when it comes to sanding and cutting into the body panels. YOU CANNOT!

We have a trained specialist on board that has worked with Jet Set Airways, John Wayne Airport, Long Beach Airport and Angel City Flyers and has experience on a variety of the different type of materials and finishes with exceptional results!

  • Marine Repairs

Most seafaring vessels are finished with gel coats.

We have done a variety of repairs in Dana Point Harbor, Newport Harbor and San Pedro on private boats and yachts. A large variety of these different finishes involve multi-colored layers closely resembling RVs at times.

Usually the biggest challenge here is accessing the boat and making sure that things are done properly as to not get paint in the ocean or ocean water on the paint.

This is a very delicate process at times and requires strenuous effort to make sure everything is done properly and is environmentally correct and conscious.

  • Motorcycle Paint Repair

One of our technicians is a motorcycle enthusiast and has done a variety of different motorcycle repairs in and around the Orange County and Los Angeles area.

While most work on bikes can be isolated to very small repairs, a motorcycle gas tank with limited access sometimes can only be done in a full body shop.

Whether it is a satin finish, a matte finish or a high-gloss finish, anyone who rides knows that their bike is not only a statement piece but an extension of their personality so every detail matters!

  • OEM Trim Black Out

While a more basic form of refinishing, trim blackout actually has a lot of nuance when it comes to getting the color, texture and tone factory correct.

There are over 12 different types of black OEM trim finishes so knowing which one to use is just a small part of this process.

Whether the part is smooth plastic or metal, textured large or small, satin, matte or gloss finished, making sure the trim is done properly goes a long way when it comes to ironing out the final details.

  • RV Refinishing

Many RVs get damaged from overhanging branches and finding a body shop that will paint them can be a headache.

Mobile refinishing services have been extremely valuable and restoring multiple colors and multiple layers with scratch damage.

While many of these are fiberglass some of the panels are metal and if you are curious as to what the repair process is, it’s very similar to the bumper or panel refinishing process mentioned earlier on this page with the added bit properly taping and repairing each color separately from each other as well as the final clear coat process which makes everything look seamlessly perfect!
