What forms of payment do you take?

We currently take Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle and Apple Pay.

What is the fastest way to contact an actual person and get a response?

The fastest method is text message (949)300-6282 but we only respond during business hours.

Can repairs be done at my apartment or condo?

We can only do on-site repairs at private business locations or private residence locations with access to a power outlet. No apartments or condominiums at this time.

Do you come to Los Angeles?

We service all of Orange County, Ca at no additional surcharge to come to location however we occasionally go up to Los Angeles for small destination surcharge depending on the location. Please mention it when you inquire about an appointment and we will be happy to let you know the additional cost.

Are your repairs covered under a warranty?

All exterior refinishing services are covered under a lifetime warranty backed by BASF against peeling and fading as well as workmanship related issues. If you have any issues with a repair that has been done, do not hesitate to send over detailed photos.

* Warranties are voided if there is any impact or new damage on the painted surface.

How do I know if the damage on my vehicle is repairable or if I need a body shop?

When you send pictures for an estimate, we will let you know the details on the repair service or a recommendation of a local body shop that would be better suited for the damage.

Do you repair Teslas?

We probably do anywhere from 3 to 5 Teslas a week so while we are not an approved body shop, we have a large amount of experience doing high-quality repairs on the interior and exterior of these vehicles. Check out our reviews to see what our customers are saying.
